To tell your friends about my Free Health Videos simply follow the 4 simple steps below:

Step #1: Choose the email provider you use below, then click the appropriate link.

Step #2: Enter your username and password into the fields below.  None of your information is stored or saved in anyway so your information is completely secure. (Outlook instructions here.)

Step #3: Uncheck any contacts you don't want to tell about my Free Health Videos. If you want to let all of your contacts know, you don't have to do anything. Of course, I hope this is what you'll do.  :-)

Step #4: Simply the click the red button below that says 'Send Invitation'. Your contacts will automatically be send the following little email message:
